Trinity has several rooms are available for rental. Inquiries can be made by calling the office, but the best way to initiate contact is to fill out thisĀ Application for Rental form-01Jul2015 and e-mail it to the church office (email hidden; JavaScript is required). Once the office gets the form, a member of our rental committee will be in touch.

This person will be able to inform you whether your date is available. If so, further information will then be needed to determine the rental rate. This will vary depending on the organization renting, the room(s) needed, the need for audio-visual equipment, availability of custodian, etc. While your choice of date may be penciled in, no confirmation of your request will exist until a final contract is signed. We will hold the date you request for a period of two weeks to allow finalization of the agreement.

All renters must provide proof of $2,000,000 liability insurance prior to the event. If the event includes the serving of wine or beer (no other alcoholic beverages are allowed), the renter must acquire an LCBO permit and the liability insurance must specify an alcohol event.

A $250 damage/security deposit may be requested.

There is parking on site for 120 vehicles.


The entire facility is air-conditioned.

The sanctuary has a capacity of 275 (theatre layout) with overflow into the foyer allowing up to 350 persons. In table format, 20 tables can be set up for a capacity of 175.

The Library/Lounge provides for a small group, up to 10 persons, to meet in a comfortable sofa and lounge chair setting.

Classrooms #3 and #6 are ideal for small groups to meet in either a theatre layout (15 persons) or around tables (10 persons).

Classrooms #4/5 is a single room, allowing for 20-25 persons to meet (theatre layout) or 15-20 (at tables)

The Servery has facilities for warming food and extensive counters, ideal for caterers.
