Trinity seeks to be compassionate and empathetic to those who have experienced the loss of loved ones. Our pastors are available to minister to families in their time of need, and to conduct funerals and memorial services in the Christian tradition.

Illness, Grief, Special Needs

Our pastor and church members seek to respond to those in crisis, whether it be an unexpected illness, a time of grief or other special needs. Our pastor or compassionate lay people are available to make visits and respond to such needs.

Pastoral care is handled on an as needed basis. Call 613 836 1429 to discuss your needs.

Our pastor may be available by appointment for counseling and a listening ear to those who need someone to talk to. If more in-depth or professional counseling is needed, our pastor will make other resources or referrals available. Call 613 836 1429 to book an appointment.

Mission Committee

The Mission Committee at Trinity is very active with the projects undertaken based on committee and congregational interests and strengths. Often working in liaison with Presbyterian World Service and Development (PWS&D) the purpose of this committee is to actively involve our Trinity faith community in reaching out to local and global communities to help those in need. Some of their projects have included support in Guyana, Malawi Education Support, Something Extra for Christmas Initiative, food drives for the Kanata Food Cupboard, squash sales in support of youth spirituality and local missions, and Refugee Family support.

The Committee is aware of  the demands on busy lives, this Committee tries to  conduct much of their business by e-mail when feasible. We heartily welcome new members.
