• David Chin has been Music Minister at Trinity since 2000.
• David holds a Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Ottawa, where he studied choral conducting with Anthony King and orchestral conducting with David Currie. In London he studied with Morihiro Aukabe, Chief Professor of conducting of the Tokyo School of Conducting.
• In 1987 David won the University of Ottawa conducting competition.From 1989-1991 he was Music Director of the Kanata Symphony. He was music director of Coro Vivo Ottawa from 1989-2009.
• David teaches piano and is Minister of Music at Trinity Presbyterian Church.
• David and his wife Julie live at home with three of their adult children.
